NACDS participated in the Missouri PBM Reform Summit, which brought together pharmacy stakeholders to identify crucial provisions for PBM reform legislation in 2027. NACDS voiced support for a commercial rate floor and increased enforcement, as well as prohibiting clawbacks, retroactive fees and transaction fees.
