NACDS sent Gov. Laura Kelly (D) a letter urging her to sign the Consumer Prescription Protection and Accountability Act. SB 20, formerly SB 360, is a comprehensive PBM reform bill that clarifies auditing procedures, specifies reporting requirements and strengthens enforcement authority by enabling both compliance and financial examinations.
