This notice provides updated information for providers regarding COVID At-Home Rapid Antigen Test Kits billed through Medicaid-participating pharmacies. This update applies to both the Fee-for-Service (FFS) program and Managed Care Organization (MCO) plans.
Effective September 1, 2026, COVID At-Home Rapid Test Kits will be limited to a quantity of eight (8) per Medicaid customer per rolling calendar year (a 365-day period measured from the date the first test kit is dispensed).
