The Prescription Drug Affordability Board (PDAB) posted its agenda and meeting materials for the October 21 meeting. Check the PDAB website for updates prior to the meeting. 

Also in Oregon, the Board of Pharmacy is proposing to adopt the following Oregon Administrative Rules:

The November 24 Rulemaking Hearing will be held virtually via Teams and begins at 9:30 am.

You may also sign up by submitting your first and last name, email address and which rules/protocols you would like to comment on to pharmacy.rulemaking@bop.oregon.gov no later than 8:30 am on November 24. You will receive a confirmation email and a calendar invitation to join the virtual hearing.  

Written comments must be received by 4:30 pm on November 24. Submit written comments to pharmacy.rulemaking@bop.oregon.gov.
