Gov. Katie Hobbs (D) signed SB 1713, legislation enabling pharmacists to test and treat for common respiratory conditions and furnish HIV prevention medications, including Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP).  

Also in Arizona, Gov. Katie Hobbs (D) signed HB 2434, legislation modifying requirements related to the Controlled Substances Prescription Monitoring Program (CSPMP), including pharmacies, pharmacists and other pharmacy personnel.
