HB 3 passed both Chambers and is awaiting Gov. Andy Beshear’s (D) signature. The bill, sponsored by Rep. Amy Neighbors (R), requires Medicaid to reimburse pharmacists at the non-physician rate for providing healthcare services within their scope of practice.
