The Board of Pharmacy received updated information from the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs (OBNDD) regarding how to submit DEA 106 forms. Please send all DEA 106 forms for OBNDD via email to losstheftcds@obn.ok.gov.
