Governor Chris Sununu (R) signed into law two proposals of interest to pharmacy. HB479 addresses pharmacists’ provider status, nicotine cessation therapy and PBM requirements and HB572 expands the authority of pharmacists and licensed advanced pharmacy technicians to administer immunizations.
