This week the proposed rule on the expansion of the technician ratio in a community setting was published in the State Register. As a reminder earlier this year Governor Andrew Cuomo (D) issued an executive order expanding the pharmacy technician ratio to 4 to 1. This rule will make that executive order permanent.
