The Department of Health (MDH) has given notice of intent to adopt guidance on the implementation of the Prescription Drug Price Transparency Act of 2020. MDH will accept written, electronic comments until 4:30 PM CT on June 24. Questions may be sent to health.Rx@state.mn.us.
