The Composite Medical Board released a proposed rule to amend regulations under GAC 360-34 that would remove the requirement for physicians to be in the same public health district as the pharmacists identified in a vaccine protocol agreement when entering into more than 10 agreements with pharmacists. A hearing is scheduled for November 5, 2020, via videoconference. Comments are due October 30, 2020.
