The Board of Pharmacy published a notice to amend regulations under FAC 64B16-31 to update the incorporated pharmacist licensure and pharmacy intern and technician registration forms.

Also in Florida, the Department of Health published a notice of a workshop to adopt regulations under FAC 64J-4 to establish requirements for the Prescription Drug Donation Repository Program. The workshop is scheduled for May 14, 2021, via video and teleconference.
